Joining the Burgess Central Agency sales fleet this month is the sensational 49.8 metre (163.4ft) semi-displacement aluminium motor
yacht MONACO WOLF. Sold by Burgess to her current owner two years ago as a new build, this is the second of four Heesens sold by
Burgess in this size class.
Following closely after the success of her award-winning sistership SATORI, MONACO WOLF was delivered in 2014 by Heesen to critical
acclaim. Her sleek and streamlined profile coupled with advanced naval architecture ensures enhanced performance fused with
head-turning aesthetics.
Her exterior was designed by Frank Laupman of Omega Architects who masterfully combined Heesen’s much admired house style with
the experienced owner’s specified criteria. What emerged were four distinct deck areas designed to maximise space, including a 70
square metre (755 sq ft) sun deck, the largest on a yacht of this size. Laupman ensured privacy in port with a private lounging area on
the foredeck plus ample room for al fresco dining both on the upper deck and the main deck, which when combined with the main saloon
offers a further 25 square metres (270 sq ft) of entertaining space. Elsewhere on deck, a jacuzzi, oversized sun pads and a sizable swim
platform cater for outdoor living.
Every aspect of MONACO WOLF has been meticulously conceived to create a seriously luxurious yet supremely comfortable living
environment. Celebrated Italian designer Francesco Paszkowski created an inspiring interior utilising just three materials – teak,
limestone and leather – which ingeniously blends contemporary minimalism with a warm and inviting ambience.
Accommodation for 12 guests is configured across six cabins, with the full beam master suite positioned forward on the main deck.
A further five cabins, including a full beam VIP suite, are located on the lower deck. The main saloon features a calming neutral colour
palette accented with gorgeous burnt orange textiles by Hermès and is separated from the elegant formal dining room forward by a
partition mounted with a large cinema screen. The large sky lounge offers an informal dining area, cinema screen and bar, providing
a wonderful social setting for intimate entertaining. MONACO WOLF lends herself to any situation effortlessly and a customised lighting
system throughout can instantly transform the atmosphere on board from moody and intimate to corporate and elegant, or even
party and fun.
Powering the vessel are two 3,650hp MTUs allowing MONACO WOLF to achieve a top speed of 23 knots. When cruising at 12 knots she
offers an impressive range of 3,400 nautical miles, while boasting economic fuel consumption achieved by virtue of her optimised
hydrodynamic hull.
Combining Northern European pedigree credentials with the Heesen stamp of engineering excellence and stylish Italian design,
MONACO WOLF excels in all departments.
MONACO WOLF is offered for sale by Burgess as exclusive Central Agents with an asking price of EUR 29,500,000 (EU VAT paid).
