SPECTRE is the latest superyacht masterpiece for one of, if not THE, most prolific and experienced superyacht owners of all time. TWW’s Hein Velema, Julia Simpson & Jordan Thompson visited to view and congratulate the owners.
Available for a new owner from early 2019, SPECTRE’s 12 guests will experience the ultimate luxury superyacht, cruising at up to 21 knots on her twin MTU engines. Featuring a pool, touch & go helipad, elevator to all decks, beach club, spa, gym and an immense master suite with a panoramic view, skylight, secluded jacuzzi deck with private access and an independent office.
In addition to the master there is a full beam VVIP/2nd master suite on the main deck along with 2 VIP doubles, offering exceptional natural light and views for guests. On the lower guest deck there is a convertible twin/double and a further double cabin as well as a pullman in the secluded spa with en-suite offering flexibility for a further cabin. Ensuring full enjoyment of the sea and all of the toys, tenders and equipment onboard, the beach club aft that connects to a further large bathing platform off the tender and toys garage and the gym has a large fold down bathing platform, allowing for flexible use of this area as a further beach club or private lounge.
As always, this owner’s team including Exterior Designer Giorgio Cassetta and Naval Architects Mulder Design has followed the build in meticulous detail, to deliver a yacht conceived by one of yachting’s blue sky thinkers. The owners are delighted to see the progression from their initial plans to delivery, Mr Staluppi says “Spectre is a beautiful looking boat, Jeanette and I are proud to have planned and built her and look forward to spending time on board with family and friends over the winter holidays. Our vision was for a yacht that had all that guests are looking for, with good lines and a little more speed than people expect at 21 knots and that’s what we have created.”
The interior is fresh and elegant with a superb balance of dark wood and light fabrics accentuated by the large windows offering natural light and fabulous views.
Spectre will make her maiden voyage to the Bahamas later this month and will be available for viewings by appointment.
