From one star to another: Michelin-star chefs follow on at the Yacht Club de Monaco’s 1909 Restaurant
With the new year, Thierry Thiercelin, who was the first Michelin-star chef on the Saint-Tropez peninsular, takes the helm of the kitchens at the Yacht Club de Monaco after Christian Plumail.
“As a child of the Mediterranean, it is a real privilege for me to join this prestigious institution which is the Yacht Club de Monaco; a global reference in the yachting world and staunch upholder of etiquette and a certain art de vivre,” confides Chef Thierry Thiercelin.
