Developed by Malcolm McKeon Yacht Design, B.NEOS draws inspiration from the purity and harmony of sailing yachts, combined with the comfort and performance of a motor yacht. The result is a sleek, low-profile silhouette that favours timeless elegance over ostentation, with carefully balanced proportions that feel natural and understated.
The exterior architecture finds its perfect counterpart in the interiors by FM Architettura, led by Francesca Muzio. Here, spaces are conceived to feel lived-in rather than monumental. Warm materials, tactile finishes and fluid layouts create an inviting atmosphere that restores a deeper connection between people, the sea and nature. Within 296 GT, spatial efficiency is maximised to support a contemporary lifestyle that flows seamlessly between life ashore and time at sea.

On B.NEOS, hybrid propulsion is not an optional feature—it is the foundation of the yacht’s naval architecture. Designed from the outset to prioritise comfort and quality of life, the integrated hybrid system enables truly silent cruising and anchoring, free from vibration, fumes and mechanical noise.
Powered by twin MAN V8-800 engines, the yacht seamlessly transitions between multiple operating modes: Zero-Emission and Hotel Mode for silent electric operation; Diesel-Electric and Crossover modes for optimised efficiency; and Boost Mode for instant torque and effortless manoeuvring. This advanced ecosystem delivers up to 30% reduction in energy consumption compared to yachts of similar size.
By integrating hybrid technology as a standard solution, Benetti has eliminated the need for future upgrades while allowing for a more compact engine room. This frees up valuable guest space aft and allows the yacht to sit closer to the water, enhancing both comfort and the connection with the sea.
Born Contemporary
B.NEOS embodies a new, informal approach to luxury living, where time, space and nature take priority. The aft pool area flows naturally into the Sea Atrium—a 2.4-metre-high, light-filled space enclosed by floor-to-ceiling glass—reimagining the traditional beach club as a true social hub.
At the heart of this shared lifestyle is the Family Kitchen, an open and intimate space designed for everyday life on board. Here, meals are shared just as they would be at home, without the constant presence of crew. When required, a sliding glass partition allows the space to be transformed for more formal dining occasions.
Placing the wheelhouse forward on the Main Deck frees the Upper Deck to become a fully private Owner’s Deck. The panoramic Owner’s apartment forward—more commonly found on yachts over 60 metres—offers exceptional privacy and a 270-degree view between sea and sky. Above, the Observation Deck provides a quiet retreat with a generous sunpad overlooking the horizon.
