The basic rules are straightforward: no spinnakers, Code 0 sails, or mizzen staysails are allowed, jibs must be on furlers or hanks, and each yacht must hold a valid ORCsy Handicap Certificate. Additionally, a crew member familiar with the International Racing Rules of Sailing must be on board.
