International Charter Expo 2025
The world’s largest B2B yacht charter event returns to Amsterdam
From November 12–14, 2025, the International Charter Expo (ICE) will unfold at EXPO Greater Amsterdam, uniting the global yacht charter industry under one roof. Organized by the Yachtmaster Group, ICE is the world’s largest B2B yacht charter event, bringing together charter fleet operators, brokers, central agents, and vendors from across the globe. This year, ICE is set to welcome more than 600 companies from over 50 countries, representing a world fleet of over 12,000 bareboat yachts and nearly 2,000 crewed superyachts. The event reflects the strength of a market now surpassing €15 billion annually, confirming ICE’s position as the leading professional meeting point for the international charter industry. The 2025 edition will focus on the crewed and luxury charter sector, connecting yacht owners, fleet operators, brokers, and suppliers in three dedicated zones: the Superyacht Village, Gulet Village, and Bareboat Area. A highlight this year is the Superyacht Village, supported by Ankor Software, which contributed €100,000 to reduce participation fees for first-time exhibitors by 50%. At the heart of ICE is networking efficiency. Using the Handshake matchmaking app, participants can pre-schedule meetings up to a month in advance, resulting in more than 20,000 appointments during the event. This well-structured networking format ensures meaningful business connections and has made ICE one of the most effective B2B events in the yachting world. ICE is a professional-only event: exhibiting is reserved for charter operators and vendors, while charter brokers, operators, and related professionals attend with visiting passes. Participation fees range from €150 to €750, depending on category. The venue, EXPO Greater Amsterdam (Stelling 1, Vijfhuizen), offers 10,000 m² of exhibition space divided into two levels: bareboat companies on the ground floor and crewed & luxury exhibitors on the upper gallery. Open daily from 09:00 to 18:00, ICE also features networking lounges and informal meeting areas designed to encourage lasting partnerships. Over the past decade, ICE has hosted more than 50,000 professionals and facilitated over 200,000 in-person meetings, solidifying its reputation as the ultimate platform for connecting the world of yacht charter.
