Taiwan International Boat Show 2026 Brings Global Yacht Brands to the Heart of Taiwan’s Yacht-Building Industry
From Taiwanese-built superyachts to renowned European marques, TIBS 2026 offers a closer look at the craftsmanship, innovation and growing international connections shaping Asia’s yachting industry.
KAOHSIUNG, TAIWAN, October 2026.
This November, the international yachting community will have an opportunity to discover Taiwan’s yacht-building expertise where much of it takes shape: in Kaohsiung, the island’s established center for luxury yacht manufacturing. Taking place from 13–15 November 2026, the Taiwan International Boat Show (TIBS) will bring together Taiwanese yacht builders, renowned international brands and marine industry professionals across four waterfront venues. With 78 vessels, 56 exhibitors and 103 onshore booths, the show will offer a wide-ranging look at yacht design, manufacturing, marine technology and life on the water. Taiwan has earned an international reputation for its craftsmanship, engineering capabilities and custom-built luxury yachts. Kaohsiung, home to the concentration of the island’s established shipyards, plays a central role in that story. TIBS offers visitors the opportunity to explore this manufacturing heritage alongside some of the most recognizable names in international yachting.
Taiwanese Craftsmanship Meets International Yacht Design
Among the highlights of this year’s exhibition are several yachts built in Taiwan, reflecting the breadth of the island’s yacht-building capabilities.
Kha Shing Enterprise will present its Monte Fino range, including the impressive Monte Fino 125 Trideck, while Johnson Yachts will showcase the Johnson 70. Grand Harbour will exhibit the Ruby 53-167, and Nova Marine will present the Novatec E60 Euro. Together, these vessels reflect Taiwan’s expertise across different yacht sizes and styles, from sophisticated cruising yachts to larger, highly customized builds.
The international lineup is equally compelling. Visitors can expect to see Ferretti 1000 and Ferretti INFYNITO 80, alongside the Riva 102 Corsaro Super, presented by Amal Yachting. Simpson Marine will showcase the Sanlorenzo SX76 and Bluegame BGX63, while Supreme Yachts will bring Azimut’s Fly series to the waterfront.
Other highlights include the Princess F50, Sunseeker Manhattan 73 and a selection of European sailing yachts.

Beyond Luxury Yachts: Sailing, Marine Technology and Innovation
While luxury motor yachts remain a major attraction, TIBS 2026 will also highlight the wider world of recreational boating and emerging marine technologies. Sailing enthusiasts will have the opportunity to discover vessels that earned recognition at the 2026 Taiwan Ryukyu Regatta, bringing a competitive sailing dimension to the exhibition.
On the technology front, Corum Yachts will present the Piranha 6 unmanned surface vessel, while Taiwan’s Ship and Ocean Industries R&D Center (SOIC) will showcase its THETIS Smart Vessel, highlighting developments in intelligent navigation and autonomous marine systems.
The onshore exhibition will complement the yacht displays with marine equipment, components and services. Among the participating brands, Honda Marine Taiwan will highlight marine propulsion technology, illustrating the breadth of the industry beyond yacht construction.
Together, these exhibits offer a perspective on Taiwan’s marine sector that extends from traditional shipbuilding and recreational boating to advanced maritime applications.
Building Connections Across Asia’s Yachting Industry
Beyond the docks, TIBS serves as a meeting point for yacht builders, dealers, marina operators and international buyers seeking new connections across the region. On 13 November, the exhibition will host an English-language industry workshop, “Southeast Asia Marina Industry Overview,” bringing together senior representatives from Thailand’s Boat Lagoon Yachting, Singapore’s ONE°15 Marina and the Association of Marine Industries of Malaysia (AMIM). The discussion will explore developments in Southeast Asia’s marina industry, including market opportunities, marina operations and the evolving needs of the region’s yachting community. International buyer meetings and invited media visits to Taiwanese yacht-building facilities will provide further opportunities to connect with the people and companies behind Taiwan’s marine industry. For international visitors, these exchanges offer more than an introduction to the local market. They provide a closer understanding of the manufacturing expertise and business relationships that have helped Taiwanese yacht builders establish their presence worldwide.
A Different Way to Experience a Yacht Show
The show will span four marina and harbour locations: Horizon City Marina, KhaShing Pier 22 Marina, Argo Marina, Basin No.3.
Visitors will be able to explore yachts in their natural setting, with selected vessels available for boarding by advance reservation. From exterior design and onboard layouts to interior finishes and craftsmanship, the experience offers a closer look at the details that define each yacht. Beyond the exhibition, Kaohsiung’s waterfront setting adds another dimension to the visit, combining an established yacht-building industry with the atmosphere of a developing marine leisure destination. For yacht owners, industry professionals and boating enthusiasts alike, TIBS 2026 presents an opportunity to discover Taiwan’s yachting industry from a different perspective: not only through the yachts themselves, but through the craftsmanship, innovation and international partnerships behind them.
