Bilgin 170 ADA Completes Her Debut Mediterranean Season

Delivered at the beginning of 2026, the 52-metre ADA has completed her first Mediterranean season, showcasing the evolution of Bilgin Yachts’ successful 170 platform.

Bilgin Yachts is celebrating a milestone for its Bilgin 170 series as ADA, the latest 52-metre yacht built on the platform, completes her debut season. Launched in Antalya in December 2025 and delivered to her owner at the beginning of the 2026 season, ADA spent the summer cruising the Aegean and Mediterranean coastlines, putting the capabilities of the Bilgin 170 platform into real-world use.

52 metres, 499 GT

Built on Bilgin’s proven semi-custom platform, ADA combines a steel hull and aluminium superstructure with generous interior and exterior volumes. At 499 GT, she accommodates up to 12 guests and offers a range of approximately 5,000 nautical miles, alongside a maximum speed of 16 knots. Her exterior design and naval architecture are by Unique Yacht Design, continuing the studio’s longstanding collaboration with Bilgin Yachts. The objective behind the 170 series was ambitious: to bring exterior spaces more commonly associated with 60-metre yachts into a yacht measuring 52 metres while remaining below the 500 GT threshold.

Designed around life at sea

ADA places particular emphasis on the relationship between indoor and outdoor living, creating open spaces with a strong connection to the sea.

The Bilgin 170 platform has also evolved through owner experience. Features originally introduced as bespoke requests — including forward anchor observation pockets and an oversized gangway more typically found aboard much larger yachts — have subsequently become part of the platform’s design approach. Inside, Hot Lab has created a warm, contemporary environment built around layered materials, rich textures and understated detailing. The result is an interior intended to balance functionality with a more relaxed approach to modern luxury.

A first Mediterranean season completed

ADA spent her first summer cruising from anchorage to anchorage along the Aegean and Mediterranean coasts. For Bilgin, her first completed season represents more than the delivery of another yacht: it demonstrates how the Bilgin 170 concept combines the spatial ambitions of a larger yacht with bespoke design and proven long-range capability.
